Dr Adrian Choong spent years at the frontline of leadership development and behavioural transformation. He saw the same pattern repeat: organisations invested heavily in training, but behaviour rarely changed. The missing piece was depth.
CodeShift was created to address what traditional training ignores — the emotional drivers, identity patterns, and internal conflicts that silently govern how people think, decide, and act.
These beliefs shape every programme we design and every partnership we build.
Real change does not happen through slides and worksheets. It happens when a person confronts what is driving their behaviour beneath the surface.
