Heart, Head, Hands: A Simple Framework for Lasting Transformation
Most development models treat behaviour as the starting point. Change what people do, and results will follow. But behaviour is the output, not the input.
The 3H Model works differently. Heart addresses the emotional core — beliefs, fears, identity, and internal states that silently drive decisions. Head addresses thinking patterns — mental models, cognitive biases, and decision-making frameworks. Hands addresses actions — behaviours, communication, and measurable outcomes.
When all three are aligned, change becomes natural rather than forced. When they are misaligned — which is most of the time — people feel stuck, conflicted, or unable to sustain progress despite their best efforts.
